CloudFest
CloudFest is widely recognized as the world’s leading internet infrastructure event, fundamentally transforming the traditional business conference into a high-energy, festival-style experience. Originally founded in 2004 as “WebHostingDay” with a small group of industry peers, it has since grown into a massive global gathering that takes over the Europa-Park amusement park in Rust, Germany.
This unique venue allows for a blend of world-class technical education and “fun-first” networking, where attendees often discuss multi-million dollar partnerships while riding roller coasters or participating in unconventional traditions like the World Server Throwing Championship. The event serves as the definitive hub for the global cloud, hosting, and service provider ecosystem, attracting over 10,000 professionals from more than 80 countries. Its core audience includes C-level executives and engineers from Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and independent developers who converge to shape the future of the decentralized web.
Beyond the exhibition halls, CloudFest is defined by its collaborative spirit—bringing together even fierce competitors to solve collective industry challenges such as cybersecurity, data sovereignty, and the transition toward sustainable, green digital infrastructure.
